His education includes an MBA from Tulane University where he helped to develop and teach one of the first University level courses on Entrepreneurship, is also a graduate of the "million dollar speaker training". Elmas also teaches Life Coaching, Marketing and Entrepreneurship at a variety of institutions. He is host of "The New Entrepreneur" and co-host of "Finding Your Diamond" Internet Radio Show. As CEO and founder of Diamond Life Creators, he oversees the company mission of bringing out the Diamond in clients.
